SmartMedia Technologies HoldCo, Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliates, (“SMT” “we” or “us”) will share your personal data with the International Olympic Committee (Switzerland) (“IOC”), certain National Olympic Committees and members of the IOC’s Olympic Partner Program (otherwise referred to herein as “Olympic marketing partners”).  Your personal data will be used by each of the IOC, the National Olympic Committees and Olympic marketing partners as separate data controllers, to, as applicable, evaluate the performance of digital properties or activities connected to the Olympic Games, develop profiles of their fans in order to better understand fan preferences and interests, personalize their services and marketing activities and, where you have given your consent, send you direct marketing, including marketing related to their products, services and partners.  The sharing of data described in this sub-paragraph is based on consent (where you have provided it) or each of the IOC’s, the National Olympic Committee’s or Olympic marketing partner’s legitimate interest to fulfil the purposes described here.  Subject to some exceptions, you have the right to object to such sharing by contacting us at privacy@smartmediatech.io For more information about how the IOC will use your personal data, as well as how you can exercise your data subject rights with it, including the right to object to the processing that will be carried out by the IOC, please see the IOC’s privacy policy here: Privacy Policy | Olympics.com.
